QN male to N female straight coaxial adapter.

Rosenberger QN ( Quick-lock N) coaxial connectors are based on the N connector interface. With a frequency range of up to 11 GHz depending on the connector and cable type, the quick-lock mechanism enables reliable and easy connection, 10 times faster than standard N offerings. Ideal for tight spaces such as those found in mobile base stations, the packing density of QN exceeds that of N connectors due to the minimum pitch and toolless assembly. Torque spanners are not required. QN and standard N connectors are not intermateable.
